Outside Sales Representative
As a Cleveland based manufacturer of color cards and sampling tools with national and international sales, we have a diverse customer base and product line. We pride ourselves in understanding customer needs and delivering custom solutions. We are a private company in need of a dynamic individual to cover the U.S. and international territories.
Position scope includes but is not limited to:
· Execute sales strategy in order to meet company targets for new sales, customer retention, growth and profitability
· Communication of priorities and needs of customer base in order to drive product development and innovation initiatives
· Prospecting and developing new accounts
· Relationship development and maintenance of key accounts
· Provide weekly sales reports, including sales forecasts
· Execute systematic approach to lead generation, follow-up, and new market development
Position qualifications:
· Bachelors degree
· Some direct customer sales experience required
· Innate ability to offer creative design solutions
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Relentless prospector; high energy essential
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Position requires extensive travel (at least 60%)
· Color Sampling, graphic arts, print, paint/coatings, POP displays, or marketing/advertising industry experience is desired
