Once an order has been shipped outside of the warehouse, we are not able to process a return and/or refund unless we receive proof that the shipped product had arrived in a defective state.

If a revision needs to be made on a purchase after an order is placed, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and our team will be able to cancel or revise the order, but only if a request is received prior to shipment. Under normal circumstances, orders will ship within 1 business day of order placement.
